Yes. Our boots feature bench-crafted stitched construction with natural leather soles, reinforced steel shank support, and hand-stacked leather heels. This classic construction ensures they can be resoled by any skilled cobbler for decades of wear.

Because our items are bench-crafted to order in small artisanal batches, orders are hand-lasted and inspected within 7–10 business days. Once dispatched, international air transit via EMS Speed Post delivers to most destinations within 12–15 business days, with final delivery handled by your national postal service (e.g. USPS, Royal Mail). Total estimated delivery is 18–25 business days.

We provide complimentary worldwide express air shipping on all orders. Shipments are dispatched on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis, meaning any destination import duties, VAT, or local customs clearance fees assessed by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our footwear generally runs true to standard US/UK/EU dress boot sizes. If you are in-between sizes or wear thick boot socks, we recommend checking the detailed centimeter/inch measurements on our product Size Guide or consulting our workshop team before ordering.

We offer a hassle-free Perfect Fit Guarantee. If your boots or leather apparel do not fit comfortably, you can request an easy size replacement within 7 days of delivery (items must be unworn in original packaging).

For smooth calf and full-grain leathers, wipe away dust with a soft horsehair brush and apply a natural wax-free leather conditioner every 3–6 months. For suede and nubuck, use a brass suede brush and apply a water-repellent protective spray.

Let them air-dry naturally at room temperature away from direct artificial heat sources or radiators. Inserting cedar shoe trees while drying helps maintain their shape and absorb moisture.
