By accessing or purchasing from Wild Wear, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All orders placed on our website represent an agreement to receive bespoke handcrafted leather products built to our published craftsmanship specifications.

All Wild Wear footwear and leather goods are made from 100% full-grain natural hides using manual bench-crafting techniques. Natural grain variations, subtle tone shifts, and organic hide growth marks are inherent to authentic leather and are celebrated as marks of individuality rather than flaws.

We produce in limited weekly atelier batches to maintain strict quality standards. Prices are displayed in your selected local currency. All international orders are dispatched on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis, and prices exclude local destination import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. We reserve the right to modify pricing or retire archival models without prior notice.

All transactions are encrypted and processed through accredited payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe). An order is considered confirmed only upon successful authorization and issuance of an official order confirmation receipt.

Fulfillment schedules account for artisan lasting and inspection. Tracking details are transmitted upon courier pickup. While we partner with accredited priority carriers (EMS Speed Post, India Post, BlueDart), consignments travel under standard carrier conditions of carriage without supplemental cargo insurance, and Wild Wear is not liable for customs inspection delays, in-transit courier loss, or damage beyond workshop dispatch.

Every Wild Wear piece is bench-crafted made to order specifically for each patron upon confirmation. In accordance with consumer standards for made-to-order goods, purchases are final and non-refundable. Size exchanges and verified manufacturing defect claims are supported within 7 days of courier delivery for pristine, unworn items in original packaging. After 7 days from delivery, orders are deemed accepted and final.

All content, designs, imagery, typography, and trademarks displayed on this website are the proprietary property of Wild Wear. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising from transactions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
