All international orders are dispatched under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms. Wild Wear provides complimentary priority express air shipping to your destination. Please note that prices exclude local destination import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees. Any duties, taxes, or clearance fees assessed by your country's customs authority upon arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.

Upon package handoff to the courier partner, an automated dispatch notification with your official AWB / tracking number is sent to your registered email. You can also monitor real-time consignment progress anytime via our dedicated Live Tracking Portal.

If you require an address correction or delivery date adjustment, please contact our atelier support desk within 24 hours of order placement. Once a package is in international transit, delivery status and local redelivery can be coordinated directly with your national postal carrier using your EMS tracking number.

All international shipments are entrusted to accredited priority postal networks via Express Mail Service (EMS Speed Post) and domestic priority couriers (India Post / BlueDart), traveling under standard carrier carriage conditions. Wild Wear does not provide supplemental cargo insurance, nor do we cover or accept liability for third-party in-transit loss, courier mishandling, damage, or delivery delays once packages are in carrier custody. In case of courier exceptions, our logistics desk will assist in coordinating directly with the carrier.
