Perfect Fit Size Replacements (7-Day Window)
We understand that finding the ideal boot fit across anatomical lasts is essential. If your order does not fit comfortably, you must report a size replacement request within 7 days of courier delivery. Items must be in pristine, unworn condition with original packaging.
Domestic Orders (India): Size replacements reported within 7 days are arranged with doorstep pickup for a nominal ₹200 reverse-logistics fee. Items must be in unworn condition.
Manufacturing Warranty & Structural Defect Replacement
We pride ourselves on bench-made durability. In the rare event that your product arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, damaged hardware, or structural flaw, you must report it within 7 days of delivery with clear photo/video documentation. Verified issues will be resolved via:

Made-to-Order Final Sale Terms
Because each Wild Wear piece is bench-crafted made to order in our dedicated atelier, all purchases are final (exempt from statutory withdrawal as custom/made-to-order goods). We do not issue cash, card, or payment gateway refunds. We exclusively support 7-day size exchanges and verified manufacturing defect replacements.
Natural Full-Grain Leather Characteristics
Unlike synthetic PU leather or corrected faux hides that are sanded smooth and stamped with plastic patterns, Wild Wear leathers retain their natural grain, pores, and subtle tone depths. These organic characteristics are authentic hallmarks of genuine luxury leather and will patina beautifully with wear; they do not constitute defects.
